The ICA is a network for all Interns & Co-Ops across J&J, and when the ICA comes together to share their voice, J&J listens. The enterprise is large, but the ICA reaches much further than any one individual member can. The ICA stands behind any Intern or Co-Op that wants to develop themselves and their ideas. As leaders of Johnson & Johnson we have the responsibility of serving Our Credo. We must first fulfill our daily responsibilities as meaningful contributors to the business. By contributing to our roles, we achieve our primary responsibility as employees. We must then achieve a greater reach by creating opportunities to serve our employees with experiences to grow - both personally and professionally - and provide philanthropically to our world-wide communities. In this effort, we serve ourselves as developing professionals of Johnson & Johnson by holding steadfast to these commitments as leaders and innovators working to positively impact the enterprise.
