What is Zombie Leadership?
Zombie Leadership is leadership that is based on a range of persistent fallacies that continue to influence theory and practice despite there being little or no evidence to support them. These include the misconceptions that leadership is solely about leaders, that all great leaders possess certain universal qualities, and that effective leadership is constant across different contexts. Such ideas, despite being disproven, continue to dominate leadership theory and practice, hindering progress and innovation.
