CIRKEL unleashes the power of the peer group! We’re building a web app tool enabling individuals and employees within organizations to create and join their own peer groups, building deeper relationships and increasing psychological safety. Peer support systems enable trust and openness, which are preconditions for innovation and engagement! We match individuals via a matching algorithm, they meet online weekly for a goal-focused program. Each session uses our proprietary social science based method. We measure progress and recommend specific tools to support the the CIRKEL members to succeed in their career and personal development goals...together!
