ammi provides easy access to multi-disciplinary expertise to expectant and new parents. The service currently offers weekly virtual workshops with multi-disciplinary experts in infant physical and mental health, parental mental health and maternal physical health. From October 2022 to February 2023, we have approx. 300 parents signed up to our growing community. We are also developing an proprietary evidence based digital program/tool to optimise the well-being of perinatal parents, with an aim to optimise their mental wellbeing during this major life transition. The team consists of advisors, practitioners and clinicians based in in the UK, US and New Zealand, and technology and evaluation partners based in the U.K.
