JoinOcean Shipbrokers Ltd.（“JoinOcean”) has its origin in JoinOcean Logistics Ltd, which incorporated by founder Mr. Liu Bang Jun (Rockie Liu) in 1996 inHainan,China. In 2002 JoinOcean has chosen its location in Shanghai, the world shipping and financial center to develop further to expand the brokering business.
