Founded in 1994, the Joint Well Group engages in designing and manufacturing of high quality leatherware, including handbag wallet, small leather accessories & belt. Our production plant in Phnom Penh Cambodia has a production area of 10,000m2 and over 1,000 skilled workers. We are in full compliance with BFC (Better Factories Cambodia), HIGG and a number of internal quality certifications with our customers. Our goal is to present ourselves to customers as a factory that is not only attentive to quality but also with an ethical profile at the western standards level both as regards the production and the environment. We work regularly with LWG Gold rated suppliers to ensure our customers leather are sourced sustainably and responsibly.
