Jom is a Malaysian restoration project carried by Shahirul Harzlie. Malaysia 🇲🇾 is a mixture of three main communities, Malays, Chinese and Indians and a myriad of ethnic groups in Sabah and Sarawak. In addition, it is enriched by the influence of Thai, British and Portuguese cultures. This cultural diversity can be observed and discovered through the different facets of life in Malaysia, its festivals and celebrations and the impressive diversity of its delicious cuisine.
Jom is a concept of restaurant-museum where customers will not only discover Malaysian cuisine but also the values from : its social diversity and multicultural.
