The automated light microscope (HFD) can answer the questions about particle sizes, metallic and nonmetallic type as well as fiber type with our patented metal-nonmetal recognition.
By using the optical results a material (spectral) analysis of the relevant particles can be quickly and easily achieved with our scanning electron microscope (JOMESA PSE).
Both system are operated with the image processing software PicEd which has been in constant development and improvement since 1987.
From experience we know what our customers in the field of technical cleanliness need. Apart from analysis systems, we also offer filter holders and filter mounts. Additionally JOMESA started laser-cutting filter membranes in a certified professional cleanroom.
