Good design is a key component of life-changing products. I’m passionate about creating experiences that are truly human-centered, and I draw from my background in tech consulting to inform holistic approaches to envisioning and delivering highly functional, elegant experiences. It was that passion that led me to design. Starting in April 2020, I began devouring books and online resources, completing 11 Pluralsight short courses, five books, and Filament Lab’s UX Design Masterclass, for which I earned a completion certificate. From working with a variety of business teams and senior executives in the tech industry to freelancing design projects for local small businesses, my breadth of experience has provided the skills necessary to collaborate effectively with a wide variety of professionals. That’s why customer satisfaction is the North Star that guides my career path, and great teammates are what makes coming to work worthwhile. Thorough and empathetic listening is at the heart of successful projects. I am enthusiastic about creating an excellent user experience and providing users with moments of epiphany when they understand how a system will make their lives easier.
