Based in Staffordshire, UK, Joseph Daniels is a small family business with father, Steve, and the two sons Joseph and Daniel. Steve’s background is 35 years in engineering including metallurgy (the science of metals) and a passionate home cook and baker. Utilising the knowledge we have been able to develop a wide range of baking steels with excellent performance and quality. Ideal for perfecting sourdough breads, homemade pizza and lots more.
