Started in 1947 by Joseph Frederick the company has gone through many changes over the past decades, family members have been in and out of the business over time. Joseph Frederick's eldest son Robert Frederick Sr. had two sons that took over operations in 1998, sold the business in 1999 to R.S. Andrews Enterprises Inc. out of Atlanta Ga.
