Jose's Taco & Quesadilla bar (Ommat Vulkan AS)

At Jose’s we have a Mexican concept where we serve you quesadillas, tacos, burritos, nachos and salads together with your choice from a large selection of beer, wine and mineral water, such as Coca-Cola, Sprite and Jarritos. The food is prepared with not too much “fuzz” on it, but the way “it should be”. The head chef and owner, Jose Standal Ambriz, have created this Mexican menu based on what he have learned from his home countries, Mexico and the U.S. Jose was born in Mexico and grew up in Los Angeles, California from he was 12 years old and have always been interested in Mexican cuisine and have learned all the basics from his mother and grandmother. The meat is marinated with Jose’s own spice mixes and he uses different mixes for each kind of meat. Further it is served with Jose’s “homemade” fresh Guacamole and salsa which recipes comes from his time growing up. Since we are also a café and bar, we also serve coffee with high quality and great collection of wine, beer and drinks.
