It is our mission to support community and corporate wellness through 1:1 and group work that creates space for courageous conversations, safe witnessing, healing, reclaiming, and ultimately transforming our pain and adversity into power, purpose, and passion! Our certifications and training allow us to effectively deliver programs and facilitate dialogue using a variety of holistic modalities such as integrative somatic trauma therapy, creative process, neuro-science, quantum physics, intuitive guidance, ancestral re-connection, and spirituality. We work with leadership, all staff, and special affinity groups that centre and amplify the BIPOC experience. The time is now to gather the courage to break the cycles of violence and pain so that we can create a new legacy of peace, love, and freedom to live our fullest selves for generations to come. As we show up within our power, we can affect positive and transformative experiences within our relationships, families, workspace, career, community and the world at large!
