Founded in 1953 by Elie Jouffret, the family company has established itself in the fruit and vegetables industry over three generations. The story goes on with Christian Jouffret, son of the founder, who presides the family company from 1987 and creates Jouffruit. The company quickly wins over market shares and widens it’s production area. Jouffruit, specialized in the production and conditioning of apples has established it’s main offices at the heart of the provençal orchards, in Cavaillon, cradle of the company. Since 2000, Charlotte and Olivier Jouffret, representing the third generation, have integrated the company. Their new outlook as well as their complementary expertise bring about an accelerated development for the company. Our gaze is always turned towards the future for greater productivity. The quest for performances and constant reinvestments guarantees the competitiveness of our orchards, conditioning plant and our ability to answer the market’s demands.
