Traditionally, research has been perceived as an intellectual pursuit often deemed inaccessible to students, freelance writers, and individuals with a keen interest in the workings of civil society and politics. This disconnect not only hampers their ability to effectively convey their thoughts and ideas but also impedes the broader understanding of perspectives held by segments of the population that constitute the majority. In response to this gap, the visionary team at AVI Foundation conceived and established the AVI's Legal Research Journal | ALRJ. This initiative aims to provide a comprehensive solution by creating a dynamic platform where accomplished researchers holding doctorates and aspiring legal practitioners can both contribute to and engage with scholarly articles through the same medium. AVI's Legal Research Journal | ALRJ stands as an open-access online bi-annual Law Journal, publishing two issues each year. The journal is dedicated to exploring diverse facets of legal studies and embraces the principle that research should not be confined solely to legal doctrine but should encompass a wide spectrum of subjects and perspectives. The "ALRJ" cordially invites original and previously unpublished manuscripts from the entire spectrum of academia, accomplished authors, legal professionals, and enthusiastic law students. Our mission is to foster a vibrant intellectual exchange and provide a platform for the free expression of ideas and insights, thereby contributing to the enrichment of legal scholarship and the democratization of knowledge.
