Journey-Blue is a new Ocean Recovery Retailer for the outdoor, travel and adventure enthusiast; making it possible to buy ocean-friendly products as a first choice, not the alternative choice. Our ranges are made up entirely of products made from, or for the ocean. All brands listed on Journey-Blue.com are sourced, manufactured, and shipped in a way that aids the recovery of our oceans. Each brand we’ve partnered with has been chosen because they’re taking the right steps in creating a clean supply chain and helping to create a more sustainable future for ocean health. We are currently implementing an end-of-life fishing net collection and recycling program, ‘Net Collect’; with the goal of eliminating fishing net pollution. We provide fishermen access to a simple fishnet waste disposal system as a positive solution for their end of life fishing gear. We partner directly with harbours and ports along the East Coast of the uk to provide a positive solution for their end-of-life fishing nets. Our programme has been endorsed by the Global Ghost Gear Initiative.
