Hello! We’re Journey, a group of professionals and volunteers providing opportunities for adults to learn skills for life. An independent charity based in the heart of local communities in the North East of England.
We work in partnership with families and carers to support adults with additional needs onto more independent and enjoyable journeys through life. To learn to care for themselves, others and enjoy their communities.
Everyone who comes to Journey is unique. So, our team of qualified coaches offer personalised support and a diverse choice of skills training and workshops, catering to individual needs, delivered locally.
