Journey - Travel with Purpose

Journey was a social enterprise for impact travel, active from 2015 to 2018. During that time we led 600+ travelers on trips to central and South America as well as Europe, to build 150 homes, renovate schools and community centers, and build a skate park. We raised half a million USD for these projects, and started a nonprofit to operate alongside our public benefit corp. Journey’s mission was to reinvent the vacation for a new generation of travelers, with group trips that combine two days of impact work with 3 days of wellness, adventure, and fun. The experience was designed for integration, with the yoga, meditation, surf, and shared meals with new friends. The vision was a new generation of travelers that are driven to address the needs of our world. wejourney.co
