journey is a property company focused on delivering flexible and fitted spaces in the UK’s key knowledge economies. This allows our customers to focus on growing their core business rather than tying up capital and energy in real estate strategy. The company was founded in 2020 and seeded with a portfolio of 17 development opportunities in central Cambridge, Oxford & Manchester. The objective is to grow an integrated network within the major science markets. Our goal is to further the innovation ecosystems through creative development. The operational portfolio will include lab, incubator, R&D, workspace, event space and supporting amenities including residences. The plan is to create unique spaces for our customers and to promote well-being and ESG. We have a particular focus on supporting companies at seed and graduation stages.
