It is located in Weihai City, Shandong Province, China. The company's project for an annual output of 4.8 million of all-steel heavy duty radial tires was approved by Shangdong Development and Reform Commission. The first phase production line had been put into production in July 2015 with capacity up to 2.4 million sets of tires.
