Our mission is to use our understanding of the unique dynamics of the international lawyers’ community and our experience of going through the recruitment process to bridge the gap that exists between the principals and those seeking an opportunity. In this effort, we hope to assist internationally trained lawyers (ITLs) in demonstrating their skillset effectively and employers in identifying incredible talent.
