JP Precision Components are a newly established sub contract precision engineering company with 31 years of experience, using cutting edge machining technology and total quality management being the core elements of our business The company supplies components and assemblies to a diverse range of industries which include Cryogenics, Medical, Orthopaedic, Marine, Pharmaceutical, Electronic and Food Processing. JP Precision Components has proven to be a respected supplier of precision machined components to these industries both low one off high precision products, volume batches and full assemblies all of which are manufactured in-house using our high spec CNC machinery and trained staff. We can now offer a full machining service from drawings, solid models including CAD data. This is achieved using Computer Aided Manufacturing systems both CAD/CAM, DFX interface, 3-D surface modelling, conversational probing and 4th axis milling. JP Precision Components offers its customers the benefit of a flexible working hours, extensive experience and knowledge in the design and machining of complex 3-D components which is our forte and as a result can provide a full and comprehensive service to ensure that an exceptionally high standard of delivery and quality are maintained.
