Together, we explore options, talk about what is possible and connect participants with NDIS providers and other service organisations to help them achieve their goals. - Specialist support coordination services offering a higher level of assistance to NDIS participants with complex needs. We work closely with participants, their families and/or carers to help reduce barriers when implementing their NDIS plan, connect participants to essential supports and service, while ensuring their health, housing and wellbeing are prioritised. - Expert consultancy services designed to support both NDIS participants and organisations to help navigate the NDIS. We offer one-on-one individualised consultations to NDIS participants to assist them with their NDIS application or help implement their plan effectively. Our highly qualified and experienced team also work in collaboration with organisations, government departments, schools and NDIS providers, equipping them with the knowledge, training and strategies needed to effectively support NDIS participants and their families.
