JPM Contracting

JPM Contracting will focus on the minor improvements that will allow the residents of Maryland to sell their homes for more money and buy homes that are in good working order. The improvements will include, but not be limited to: minor paint touch up, painting, appliance installation, flooring replacement, minor roof repair, gutter and down spout cleaning and extension, grading improvements, tree and stump trimming and removal, replacement of wood panel walls, and drop ceilings, securing of railings and decking, and general interior/exterior maintenance. JPM Contracting understands the real estate transaction and will focus on timely repairs, and quality workmanship at a reasonable cost to the homeowner.
