We operate on a model of "back to basics". We believe that far too many recruiters these days avoid the personal approach that we will offer in favour of the internet and information technology. We are firm advocates of the importance of face to face meetings, visiting the sites of where our candidates will be working, and interviewing potential candidates "in the flesh".
