Led by managing principal John Fraser, JRE Partners is privately owned and operated (and not owned by or affiliated with J.P. Morgan) and comprises an integrated team of 10 investment professionals headquartered in New York City. Formed in 2022, JRE Partners is the independent successor operating business to Junius Real Estate Partners, a direct real estate investment division established within J.P. Morgan in 2011. JRE Partners is a Registered Investment Advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission and New York State regulatory agencies.
