JSC Rotational mould components up to 3.1m in length and 2m wide in LDPE, MDPE, HDPE and cross-linked PE. In response to ever increasing environmental concerns we can also mould using recycled polymer.
A full range of colours can be achieved either by using compound or dry blend materials. We can work to Pantone or RAL references or if you wish you can provide a colour sample and we will match it.
We operate Sorcerer clam-shell moulding machines. These give us the greatest flexibility allowing both even wall and variable wall moulding. Additional air movers can also be fitted within tooling so that more challenging designs can be achieved. Additional strengthening aids and a wide variety of inserts can be moulded into the component allowing sub-assemblies to be fitted post moulding.
We are highly skilled in the use of Mould-In Graphics so that your corporate image can be permanently displayed on your components or your product enhanced by additional graphic design.
JSC Rotational are able to mould using your existing tooling. However should you require any modifications or development of new designs we can work closely with designers and toolmakers to develop tooling that is not only fit for purpose but also efficient to mould, maximising cost effectiveness.
Ideas can be developed from as little as a simple sketch or from full CAD drawings. Prototype models can be provided, so that product design can be assessed prior to tool manufacture. By actively encouraging such an open forum between designers, toolmakers and customers we achieve a hassle free route from design through to manufacture.
