In casting, We are provided with outstanding ability of mould making, Investment casting and machining. It uses two types of lost wax casting processes, silica sol shell process and soluble glass process, to produce investment castings. It mainly manufactures steel investment casting inlucding stainless steel investment casting, alloy steel investment casting and aluminum investment casting, ductile iron investment casting.
These lost wax casting such as turbocharger or supercharger, turbine blade, turbo impeller, nozzle, stainless steel valve, stainless steel pipe fittings, shift fork, steel clamp, Excavator bucket teeth, automotive castings, valve casting, marine hardware, railway parts and construction hardware, are widely used in almost all kinds of industry fields, such as aviation engine, aerospace engine, gas turbine, ship, metallurgy, petroleum, automotive, railway, medical and construction.
In forging, we can supply all kinds of forgings including open die forgings and closed die forgings for customers. Its products include forging valve parts, forging pipe fittings, forging auto parts, forging flanges and other large forgings. It is equipped with many advanced forging equipments: 200kg/560kg/700kg/1ton air hammer, 2-ton/ 6-ton/8-ton electro-hydraulic hammer, and 6000 tons oil press. It also has die forging hammers from 1 ton to 16 ton, and 400-ton/ 630-ton/1000-ton/1600-ton friction press.
