JSF Joinery Manufacturers is a commercial & bespoke joinery manufacturing outfit working with multiple design companies and individuals to deliver high quality projects within the commercial & retail sectors.
Our in-house facilities include:-
*NEW* Homag Beam Saw - At the end of 2023 we started to layout our new space in the extension - the first process in this was to install a new Beam saw to help increase our capacity.
CNC PANEL PRODUCTION
In 2020, we invested in a Felder Format 4 H80 (10ft x 7ft) Nesting CNC Router. This has dramatically increased our output, reduced lead times and overall costs to clients.
CNC EDGE BANDING
In 2018, we invested in a larger, more efficient HOMAG Edge Bander which gives us the ability to apply a multitude of edging tapes and laminates.
CNC PANEL SAW
In 2021 we upgraded and invested in a state of the art CNC controlled SCM 400 EP panel saw.
SPRAY FINISHING
We have recently invested and created a 150m2 spray shop complete with state of the art equipment.
