J.S. Land Services' experience has been primarily derived from providing contract land services on an abundance of Oil and Gas, and Wind projects throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. The core staff at J.S. Land Services have served in various vital roles in these projects to ensure their completion and success. We also have a Real Estate Title division which covers several counties located in the Southern Tier area of New York State and Northern Pennsylvania. These Counties include Broome, Tioga, Chemung, Tompkins, Cortland, Chenango, Susquehanna, Bradford, Potter, Tioga (PA) and Lycoming. We work earnestly and honestly with our clients, stakeholders, and our staff to deliver a quality product, on time, on budget and within the scope of the project with 100% transparency through means of clear and constant communication.
