Jocelyn founded jsl talent consulting after successfully restructuring and scaling organizations and teams at several advertising agencies from a talent perspective.
Most notably, Jocelyn has played critical roles in rebranding agencies to attract and retain talent (and subsequently, clients), restructured and opened up new offices in the U.S. and Asia Pacific, and built recognized recruiting departments from the ground up.
Due to her background in media planning, analytics and business development, Jocelyn takes pride in always producing business results and value from a talent-first perspective.
Jocelyn is a regular public speaker and has been recognized by the American Advertising Federation, American Association of Advertising Agencies, Association of National Advertisers, The Wall Street Journal, and SXSW for her achievements at organizations including: Droga5, R/GA, JCPenney, T3, GSD&M, LatinWorks and Starcom MediaVest Group.
Jocelyn is adjunct faculty at The University of Oklahoma, where she designed and teaches a course on how to prepare for the real world. She holds a B.S. and an M.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
