Founded in 1982, Jubilee Engineering has grown to encompass a variety of technical, professional and administrative staff who serve a diverse client base that includes various levels of local government and private developers. Jubilee Engineering has established itself as a leader in the design, construction and contract administration of municipal engineering projects.
