Jubilee Place, located within one of Brisbane’s most vibrant and well-established commercial hubs on the corner of St Pauls Terrace and Symes Street, Fortitude Valley, combines state-of-the-art technology and design with classic heritage to create Brisbane’s most impressive commercial development. Designed in an integrated manner by Blight Rayner, and currently under construction by Watpac, Jubilee Place will be a 14-storey A-Grade office asset with approximately 17,500m² NLA. Robert Bird Group’s impressive exoskeleton structure, a response to site constraints imposed by the Clem 7 tunnel below, provides a unique design identity whilst also enabling an impressively flexible floorplate, floor to ceiling glass and unobstructed views of Brisbane’s CBD. In a nod to project quality and certainty, Watpac has committed to locate its head office within Jubilee Place upon completion.
