Juicy is innovating restaurants’ beverage programs and preparing them for the future with an easily adopted technology layer. This revolutionary software allows restaurants to craft a “virtual cellar” - offering guests wider selections, at no cost to the restaurant. Juicy then transforms the virtual cellar into a digital browsing experience that is shared with guests when they make their reservation. The restaurant gets paid for inventory it hasn’t yet purchased; significantly improving cash flow while decreasing on-hand inventory. Furthermore, Juicy connects to all leading reservation systems and POS technology, enabling: the direct deposit of revenue to the restaurant’s bank accounts, the update of guest reservation with relevant beverage orders, and the facilitation order placement with distributors to ensure the order + delivery of the bottles goes off without a hitch.
