These user patterns are the basis for the development of our user-driven concepts. With our projects we aim to combine social value with real estate value. To do so we work with co-design. In this way we define the core-values of a project with all involved parties and translate these values into a powerful design. Juli’s projects combine a rational structure with the ability to adapt to changes in use over time. In this way we create real estate solutions that are both sustainable and realistic.
