I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC 3586) who specializes in the treatment of teenagers and adults struggling with OCD and anxiety related issues, including worry, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, phobias, body dysmorphia, and panic. My approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I’m passionate about helping individuals thrive by tapping into their own unique strengths to make tangible changes in their lives.
