Personal Training and Nutrition Advice Julia Tulipan, MBiol. During my early childhood I never had weight problems. I was a normal, lean child. But when I reached puberty that changed dramatically. I didn't get fat, but I became chubby. In the beginning I was not really concerned. But at the age of 14 when all the boys and girls "stuff" began, I started to look at my body in a different way ... and what I saw shocked me. From that moment dieting, eating and weight loss became important issues in my live. The internet is filled with information about dieting, nutrition and training - but how to know whether these experts where credible or not? There was only one answer; I had to become an expert myself. Due to my biology background and scientific training I knew where to look for real scientific studies about training and nutrition. After reading hundreds of papers and dozens of books I found the answer to all my weight problems - LCHF and weight lifting.
