JUMA, put simply, celebrates the best of Iraqi cuisine.
What started as a hobby has now become a reality for founder, Philip Juma. Having worked in the finance world for most of his career, it was difficult to fuel his passion of cooking while working such long hours. With a full time job, his spare time was spent in and out of kitchens, working on streetfood stalls at weekends, as well as hosting JUMA pop ups in South West London.
As momentum grew, Philip finally decided to replace his suit with chef whites and give JUMA his full attention. To be continued....
