Our development approach incorporates the most effective parts of traditional consultancy and coaching, and merges these with pioneering frameworks such as lean start-up methods and complexity theory to create tangible impact and lasting change. 👉 Psychology based, performance focussed Grounded in developmental psychology, the Jumpthink method sits between teaching and coaching. We put the learning emphasis on participants and support them to reflect on, and refine, their own leadership approaches, rather than trying to make everyone in to a single type of leader.
