Your social media channels are your digital shop window, visible to all, and what appears on them is important. I have over 20 years' marketing and product management experience, across both B2C and B2B industries – including over-the-counter medicines, fleet management technology and energy. In 2018, I decided I wanted to change the way I work and follow my interest in digital marketing – an area in which I could see massive potential but was not always being utilised to its maximum effect. I am a graduate of the Digital Mums Advanced Diploma in Strategic Social Media Management – a CPD accredited course as well as the CIM Advanced Certificate and a Masters in Industrial Economics. Having set up and ran our own (wine tourism) business in South Africa – where social media was the main driver of sales in an incredibly competitive market, I am passionate about helping small businesses have more impact with their marketing and social media. I can support you in developing a professional social media strategy and implementation, I can speak in your brand voice and give your channels a cohesive strategy to help grow your following and your business.
