The Junction (fka Flyover Tech) is a growing community of founders, investors, and ecosystem builders who are passionate about building tech startups in our flyover states, The Junction was started to do just this. The mission of The Junction is to consolidate the thousands of tightly knit flyover ecosystems into one allied and interwoven family. Our flyover communities are small yet mighty. With the recent advancements in the future of work and the normalization of remote work, a community in Columbia, MO, can be just as interconnected within itself as it is connected to a community in Columbus, OH. Together, flyover communities can build a Silicon Valley effect in Bootstrap Valley. Flyover Tech is an extension of how our team supports founders at Scale, an accelerator fund and venture studio supporting early-stage tech entrepreneurs across the US. We aim to remove unnecessary barriers for founders who blaze their path so they can focus on the hard things that matter.
