Juno Services

Juno Services is a licensed and regulated company management and fund administration business. Established in July 1999 as part of Grant Thornton in Gibraltar, Juno Services was acquired by the Gibraltar Stock Exchange Group of Companies in November 2017. Juno Services is one of the largest fund administrators in Gibraltar following an expansion of their services by the acquisition of Vista Fund Services in May 2018. The current structure is four licensed entities operating under the holding company called Juno Holdings Limited. The companies were taken ‘private’ by management out of the GSX Group in October 2020. The team at Juno Services is comprised of experienced and highly qualified staff that provide a range of corporate and financial services tailored for the clients’ needs, including onboarding, compliance, fund structuring and fiduciary services .
