I mix my passion for participative music and social phenomenon to bring people together - activating, enlightening and shifting attitudes with a focus on humanity, culture and community. Enlightening organizations and individuals on the intrinsic power of social capital and the potential of properly aligned values, I teach how to identify, attune and seize this latent asset for social innovation, more relevant CSR, improved HR, sincere PR, a heightened sense of community and a more socially and environmentally aligned perspective of day-to-day activities and strategic objectives. I inspire with real stories and illustrate through comedy. I use music to prove an authentic "perk" can be a core value driver. I use my 15-year experience working with artists in music and entertainment to explain values, credibility, motivation and how they affect internal dynamics and external perceptions.
