JusContractus is a full service law firm, providing the highest quality legal services, encompassing an equally strong corporate, arbitration, civil and criminal litigation practice. The philosophy of the Firm has been to provide clients, comprehensive and efficacious solutions, to their most challenging legal issues, in a manner that is creative, innovative and result oriented, keeping in mind the clients’ business and/or litigation objectives. The Firm was founded on May 1, 2013, by Payal Chawla, who brings with her a diverse background as an experienced litigator and as well as a corporate practitioner. Payal currently heads the Corporate practice. JusContractus is still at an embryonic stage. The team consists of six lawyers, an office manager, a court clerk and an office boy, located in the heart of the commercial center. We are young, driven and know how to win!
