She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Kinesiology and a Minor in Sports Medicine. She is also a Can Fit Pro Certified Personal Trainer.
She is a wife and a mother to two children. She thrives on seeing people living healthy and active lives. She is a motivator who will positively impact your life and bring out the best in you.
