يهدف نادينا إلى تمكين ودعم النساء في كلية تكنولوجيا الحاسوب والمعلومات في جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية، لتوفير بيئة تعاونية حيث يمكن للأعضاء تبادل المعرفة، وتطوير المهارات، والتواصل مع المحترفين في المجال. من خلال ورش العمل والإرشاد والأحداث المجتمعية، نسعى لتعزيز الشمولية وتقليل الفجوة بين الجنسين في مجال التكنولوجيا.
