Just Be was born out of our frustration with the lack of well-organised community events and targeted educational programs for contentious mental health issues - those that are considered taboos in our community.
We have seen too people struggle silently with mental health issues, both at work and at home. We want this to stop and this is our vision.
What does mental health mean to you? What is the correlation between mental illness and suicide? Is there a ‘boy crisis’ in our community? Does joining a religion help with mental illness? Does technology improve or worsen mental health?
These are the questions that we dare to explore in our Just Be community and our main goal is to provide people with a safe and non-judgmental environment to open up about their mental health issues and explore the multifaceted nature of the term "mental health".
Our motto is: we listen, we share, we educate and we embrace. This means the Just Be Group is committed to:

• creating an environment for knowledge and information sharing
