Ensuring that our recruiters are fundamentally sound in all aspects of Candidate Recruiting to Include: Recruiting Qualifying Candidates Professional Reference Checking Interview Preps and Interview Debriefs Pre-Closing Updating Information in your database When working with a JGR Recruiter, following best practices of a Recruiter Partnership gets the best results. These Include: Holding a weekly update meeting with your recruiter via Zoom. Listening to your Job Order calls when possible (live or recording) Assigning them Qualified Searches that will interview w/ approved fee agreements Specific and Clear direction on Search parameters and Course Correct as needed Specific feedback on candidates including why they’re a good fit or why they’re not a good fit
