Once we have a full understanding of your requirements, we draw up a list of suitable candidates. We will never propose second best or “close enough” options. If we cannot find perfect candidates, we will inform you thusly. Of course this part of the process does not cost you anything.
After candidates have been shortlisted, an extensive check is done on:
• Candidate’s background and records, work experience, reference checks, etc.
