Just Rights is a Human Rights Law firm, located in Brussels, which has developed an expertise in litigation before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, against member States of the Council of Europe.
Because national procedures do not always provide everyone with a way to uphold or restore their rights, we want to facilitate the access to the European Court for Human Rights and guarantee a quality defense for all. Additionally, because the most fundamental rights are still being violated, the Just Rights Law firm has the ambition to contribute to a more just society.
